Family & Consumer Information
ADMISSION:
Contact us at 918-786-2930 to complete the screening process to determine appropriate placement in treatment.
CLOTHING:
Dress is casual at all times. Laundry room is available for consumer use. Consumers are required to bring their own laundry soap, twin size sheets, pillow case with pillow, towels and washcloth.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
Bring personal toiletries items (toothbrush, paste, razor, shaving cream, shampoo, etc.) DO NOT BRING ANYTHING CONTAINING ALCOHOL.
MEDICATIONS:
Bring all prescribed medications you are taking at present. MUST bring enough to last a minimum of 30 days. DO NOT BRING OPENED OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS.
MEDICAL NEEDS:
We are not a medical staffed facility so any medical issues will need to be taken care of before coming into treatment (tooth ache, spider bite, etc.).
PHONE:
There is a restriction of phone privileges upon admission. This time period gives the consumer time to bond with peers and staff and to settle into treatment without outside influence. We ask that the family respect this time period!
Do not call the office phone and ask to speak to the consumer unless it is a legitimate emergency.

You may send packages but due to the nature of treatment, the consumer will be asked to open packages in the office for inspection.
